Interview questions:
How did you get your start in writing?
My parents reminded me that at the age of four I told them I would be a writer
and marry a girl named Laura ( which I did and still am) and wrote my first poem
that day. After winning awards both domestic and abroad and included in many
anthologies on both continents my first Book was published titled "Mystic Poems"
Of course coming from a family of writers and musicians how could I not follow
my music interest as well. All genres that I was exposed to, had their
influences.
who are your biggest influences:
E.A.Poe, Kahlil Gibran " The Prophet", Beverly J Raffaele, John Malcolm, Stone
Bryson, Audie Murphy, John Lennon, Bob Dylan. Truly all the great poets,
novelist present and past.
What is your biggest inspiration when creating?
That is an easy question with a difficult answer. My work..writing, art, music
are all created with the outcome in mind. I seek the following elements;
Honesty, beauty or horror, details to bring it alive before you, a beginning, a
middle and closure. I strive for something that will move you, frighten you,
make you smile or cry.
Could you give us the details of your current project?
I am publishing my fifth ( 5th ) in the mystic series of poetry books: "Mystic
Encounters"
which will be a collection of my very best work unpublished and new work. This
will be close to
one hundred and sixty pages ( 160 ).
I have started and in the process of writing the next mystery novel. As well as
composing the new music for the next music CD, all of which I arrange, record
and perform myself. I create all my artwork for covers and illustrations.
What is the next goal you would like to achieve with your
writing?
I have many goals in my writing, to achieve a level of writing that blends the
imaginative and the possibilities of living within all aspects of this world, (
seen and unseen ). To bring the power of hope to my readers. In my long term
goals I was lucky to publish three ( 3 ) books this year. I hope to make the
mystic series a ten volume collection in the coming years. As well as a few
novels and many more music CD's.

In 1991 I was honored by World of Poetry in that I was chosen to be included in
the hall of fame and I was asked to contribute to the Pegasus time capsule which
will be opened in 2091.
