KIPA
KIPA (Korea IT Industry Promotion Agency, President and CEO: Hyun Jin Ko) is a
visionary organization that was incorporated in September, 1998 under the
Ministry of Information and Communication. It is active in promoting Korea's
software and multi-media content industry through start-up support, professional
cultivation, marketing programs, distribution channel development and
